Downtown Wellness Walk

November 16th at 1:30PMTake a mindful break and reconnect with your body, breath, and community. This free community walk invites participants to slow down, move intentionally, and enjoy a sense of calm in the heart of downtown Jacksonville.
We’ll meet at the clinic, walk together to a nearby park, and pause for optional mindful movement before returning. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to support physical health, mental clarity, and social connection.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, and an open, positive mindset.

Grateful Movement

Join us for a mindful pause before the Thanksgiving rush. This 30-minute yoga class combines gentle stretches, breathwork, and gratitude-based movement to help you unwind, recenter, and prepare for the days ahead!
All levels welcome. Bring a mat, water, and a grateful heart.
Then join the Jacksonville Running Club at 8:30 AM for a community run and walk, then stick around to refuel and connect! We’re coordinating with a local coffee truck to join us for the event—updates coming soon!

Couples Massage Workshop

Reconnect, relax, and learn the art of mindful touch together. This guided workshop is designed for couples who want to nurture their connection through simple, effective massage techniques that can be safely practiced at home.
You’ll learn basic strokes, body mechanics, and communication skills to support relaxation and comfort for both partners — no experience needed! All materials, oils, and linens are provided.
