Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online or by phone. A valid email and, if required, payment details are needed. Appointments depend on availability.

2. Cancellations

• Must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Less than 48 hours may result in a 50% fee
• No-shows may be charged full price

3. Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in:

• Shortened session
• Rescheduling
• Full fee still applying

4. Payment

Payment is required at time of service unless stated otherwise. Accepted methods include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Cash

Refunds are case-by-case and not guaranteed.

5. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued booking constitutes acceptance.
